Answer:
Hi Lynn,
Thank you for your question. The model 76953 shower head flows at a maximum of 2.5 gallons per minute at 80 psi. Flow restrictors are usually found in the neck or threaded end of the shower head exposed when the shower head is removed from the shower arm.
While it is possible to remove flow restrictors from shower heads, we strongly advise against it for several reasons. Flow restrictors for faucets are an integral part of most shower heads and it is generally not possible or desirable to remove them.
For water conservation purposes, most plumbing codes require faucets and showering devices to not exceed a certain maximum flow rate. Removing the flow restrictors could cause these devices to no longer meet these codes.
Altering the product also voids the product warranty.

Thanks,
Dave

Answer:
It does rotate but the connector is made of cheap plastic which becomes loose after a few weeks, leaving the shower head hanging/drooping down. I imagine this can be fixed with some kind of small rubber grommet. I'm not going to bother with mine, I'm just going to buy one that has a better ball-joint design.

Answer:
Hi Joyce,

Thank you for your question. Peerless Faucet model # 76953 has a lever at the bottom of the handshower that will switch the handshower to pause. There is a lever on the back of the stationary showehead to switch the spray patter from just the stationary showerhead to just the handheld showerhead or to have them both spray. The dial on the front of the handheld showerhead changes only the spray pattern on the handheld showerhead.

Thanks.
