Answer:
Hi Mike, Thank you for your question. The aerator on the model P188620LF can be removed by unscrewing the aerator in a counter-clockwise direction. Often mineral build up can make this difficult to accomplish. We recommend soaking a towel/rag in a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water and wrapping the towel around the end of the spout covering the aerator. Allow the solution to soak in overnight if possible to help break up any mineral deposits making the aerator easier to unscrew.
Thanks,
Dave

Answer:
Hi Alton, Thank you for your question. There may be some type of debris in the hot water supply side that could restrict the hot water flow. We recommend flushing out the P188620LF faucet to remove the debris. Here is a link to our How to video that shows this process.

Please also verify the the water supply stop is also flowing freely.
Thanks,
Dave

Can you please tell me what plastic type this flange is .I'm a bit confused because the only label on the flange assembly says upc ,which i believe is only a company name. The problem is Standard plumber putty should not be used on plastic due to the oils in it . The new stainless version says it works for plastic but warns not to use on abs plastic.I could use silicone ,but i prefer not to if possible . How are we to know if it would damage it if we cant tell what plastic is being used . Many years ago abs was always stamped on it and i don't see any of these types of markings anymore . Thanks
