Rated 5 out of 5 by 2reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Faucet! I recently purchased a home. I didn't like the existing faucet. I bought a new Peerless faucet. I love it. The finish is nice. The handles have a very smooth action. The price was right and it's attractive. With the lifetime warranty, how can I go wrong. February 28, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product; outstanding value Easy installation; only minus is that there are no "plugs" for the screws that bind the faucet handels to the faucet stems. November 22, 2012

Answer:
Thanks Dave, unfortunately I cannot get to a happy medium where I can operate the stopper without causing leakage at the ball joint. I bought three of these faucets (new) and have the same issue on all three. Will contact customer support and see if they can help.

Answer:
Hi Steve, Thank you for your question. The nut should only be hand tight and there will be some resistance in the ball movement. It is possible to over-tighten the nut making the horizontal rod difficult to move. The horizontal rod will move easier once hooked up to the lift rod and when water is present in the drain assembly. Make sure there isn't any damage to the threads on the assembly. If there are the assembly will need to be replaced.
Thanks,
Dave
