Rated 2 out of 5 by Megg from Great at first but not holding up I have had this product for a little over a year and it was working great at first but the sprayer stopped working and the water pressure is down to about a quarter of what the faucet gave out when I first bought it. The sprayer no longer stays on at the click of a button. I have to hold the button down to use this feature. Which is sometimes better than the trickling water since it offers a bit more pressure for rinsing dishes. Faulty product, I’m very unsatisfied!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Angelo from Leaking supply hose. I purchased this about a year ago to replace a Moen , and it worked fine till the supply line just behind the head started to leak in various spots. Got this from Canadian Tire for about $200.00, even the tab that changes from stream to spay is starting to decay. Should of stayed with Moen.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Cazper from Stylish, and looks great in my kitchen. Too bad the stream function is faulty. The toggle switch from stream to spray works great but then it won't switch back to stream mode. Eventually it will go back to stream on its own. I've had the faucet for only 3 mos. I really like the style but am disappointed with the sprayer. After reading other reviews it would appear others have had a similar issue. Seems like a design or parts flaw?

Rated 3 out of 5 by amyh from sprayer not working properly I love the look of this faucet in my new house, and when it worked it was great, but its been less than 2 years and the sprayer button won't work unless I keep constant pressure on it and now it seems when I'm not engaging the sprayer, it still has mini-spray like drips coming out as well as the single normal flow. Also, when I have hot water on, it wouldn't engage the sprayer feature unless I held it on.

Otherwise I'm happy about this faucet

Rated 2 out of 5 by Starfish from Disappointed This faucet worked great and I loved it, however, the rubber spray insert has worn out after less than 2 yrs and the thin copper water pipe at the base of the gooseneck has cracked causing a leak.

Is there a way to increase water pressure? Without the sprayer, I have excellent pressure. But with it...no so much. And yes, I cleaned the filter.
Dear Pam, Thank you for your question. The Peerless Pull-Down Kitchen P188103LF faucet is designed with a 1.80 GPM at 60 PSI. There is no way of increasing or decreasing the flow rate of this faucet. Best regards, Tanya

Does this faucet move from one sink to the other and then pull down?
Hi love, Thank you for your question! The spout will swivel 360 degrees. The wand can be pulled out at any position. Best regards, Jon

The escutcheon does not fit my sink. Can I install without it, going right through the sink and then counter?
The sink sits on the counter top. The place for the escutcheon is too small length for it to fit. Can I install the faucet directly on top of the sink without the escutcheon?
Hi Brandymae, Thank you for your question. The model P188103LF-OB can be installed as a 1 or 3 hole installation. Based on the attached photo there should be sufficient room for the single hole escutcheon to be used. Thanks, Dave

I can't imagine why in the world would you have a 1/2" fitting on this when the actual feed line is 3/8" on this and most other faucets. Now I get to
Why a 3/8" supply line with a 1/2" fitting on the end. This makes absolutely no sense at all.
Hi Roger, Thank you for your question. The 1/2" male fitting to hook up the faucet supply line is the current industry standard. The majority of faucet supply lines sold are 1/2" female pipe thread on one and and 3/8" compression on the other end. Thanks, Dave

faucet will not stay in place when swivelled.
My faucet will not stay in place when I swivel it to the other sink . It swings back - very frustrating. What can I do or how do I adjust to fix this problem? Thanks you in advance , Mary
Hi Mary, We are sorry that you are experiencing a problem with your model P188103LF faucet. It sounds like the pull out wand hose may be twisted or catching on something under the sink that does not allow the faucet to stay in place. Please verify that nothing is interfering with the movement. You may have to disconnect the hose under the sink to remove any twists. Thanks, Dave

Spray nozzle won't stay "in" the faucet
Is there a replacement grommet of some sort so that the nozzle will stay connected to the faucet arch??
Hi Paulette, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately the bushing/grommet in the end of the spout that holds the wand assembly in place is not available as a separate item. If you need warranty parts assistance please call our toll free Helpline at 1-800-643-8667. Thanks, Dave

Is this faucet offered with any other aerators to limit flow further? (eg. 1.5gpm, 0.5gpm, etc)
If an area has a restriction that requires kitchen faucets to have a water flow of 1.5gpm or less, is an aerator offered for this faucet to restrict flow at this rate?
Hi Wrench101, Thank you for your question. The wand assembly on the model P188103LF does not feature a removeable aerator. Unfortunately there is not a way to lower the 1.8 gpm flowrate on this model. Thanks, Dave
