Rated 3 out of 5 by 2reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Solid Performing Faucet for the first couple years We have been very satisfied with this faucet purchased in 2012 prior to a major kitchen remodel. Over time it has begun to show some wear on the Faucet head where the Dual (plastic) spray ports and aerator are located. Particularly, the face plate on the head has cracked and leaks during operation. the Toggle button also is failing to stay on SPRAY mode... But nothing a replacement head couldn't fix....which seems to be a challenge to find parts. I intend to resolve with Peerless since I am sure they will be happy to help.Overall though a very good faucet for the price. Definitely would buy another in the future. December 7, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Faucet output :/ This1.5 yr old kitchen faucet has decreased in water pressure output to almost a trickle. We cannot increase the flow, therefore cannot operate the spray feature. It will not hold enough pressure to operate the spray feature. The flow has been reduced by at least 50% and we cannot adjust it...what has happening to our faucet?????? February 6, 2015

The escutcheon does not fit my sink. Can I install without it, going right through the sink and then counter?

The sink sits on the counter top. The place for the escutcheon is too small length for it to fit. Can I install the faucet directly on top of the sink without the escutcheon?

Answer:
Hi Brandymae, Thank you for your question. The model P188103LF-OB can be installed as a 1 or 3 hole installation. Based on the attached photo there should be sufficient room for the single hole escutcheon to be used.

Dave

Why a 3/8" supply line with a 1/2" fitting on the end. This makes absolutely no sense at all.

Answer:
Hi Roger, Thank you for your question. The 1/2" male fitting to hook up the faucet supply line is the current industry standard. The majority of faucet supply lines sold are 1/2" female pipe thread on one and and 3/8" compression on the other end.

Answer:
Hi Mary, We are sorry that you are experiencing a problem with your model P188103LF faucet. It sounds like the pull out wand hose may be twisted or catching on something under the sink that does not allow the faucet to stay in place. Please verify that nothing is interfering with the movement. You may have to disconnect the hose under the sink to remove any twists.
Thanks,
Dave

Answer:
Hi Wrench101, Thank you for your question. The wand assembly on the model P188103LF does not feature a removeable aerator. Unfortunately there is not a way to lower the 1.8 gpm flowrate on this model.
Thanks,
Dave

Answer:
Hi LarryP, Thank you for your question. To remove the pull down hose on your model P188103LF you will need to press in on the textured portion on the tabs on 2 sides of the white block connector. Once you have applied pressure, push up slightly and then pull the hose down off the fittting.
Thanks,
Dave

Hi Lonnie, Thank you for your question. You can remove the wand from the faucet and soak it in a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water to clean it. The aerator in the wand is not made to be removed.

Answer:
Hi Potential Customer, Thank you for your question. The performance of the model P188103LF faucet would be affected by your unequal low-pressure system as the faucet does not have a pressure balance valve.
