Rated 4 out of 5 by MP from Nice Faucet I bought this from Ace Hardware to replace my old Moen faucet. The salesperson at Ace mentioned that Peerless is easier to fix (like for washer replacement), whereas Moen is an all-in-one unit. I had a plumber install the faucet, and from what I can tell, it went in easily. It's performing well, along with the sprayer. It's proven to be a quality product for the price. The reason I went 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the aerator. There must be a water saving element as the water stream seemed to be cut back. The pressure in my building is not the best, so this feature didn't work for us. The plumber switched out the aerator to another he had and the pressure was much better.

Rated 1 out of 5 by GJ from wastes lots of water/leaks I would never buy anything from Peerless again. This faucet has leaked from the beginning in several places. It is cheaply made and inefficient.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Nick from Securely Made, Goes in easily Solid product. Tried two other national brands and had to take them back to the store. Had it on in 15 minutes. Base seating is nice and thick for easy cleaning and fits inside molded metal base so it will not slip out when tightened. Unit is stable and can hold a faucet mounted water filter without bending forward or wobbling. Well made, works smoothly and has a quality finish. Thanks to Peerless for a quality product which I purchased at ACE Hardware.

Hi....I need to replace the sparayer for the peerless p188501LFssw . how to remove the old hose
As there are no nuts , I tried pulling down aparting the two plastic flaps , but didn't want to apply too much force , dont want to ruin it...please add explanation...thank you
Hi Leo, Thank you for your question. To remove the hose from the faucet, squeeze the two tabs together, push up, then pull down. Please make sure that the part with the two flaps is attached as these are the tabs that you will squeeze together. Best regards, Jon

How do I take apart my single handle faucet
Hi Duke, Thank you for your question. The 2:00 mark of the linked video starts the portion that shows how to disassemble a single handle kitchen faucet. http://www.deltafaucet.com/tools-resources/research/video-gallery/video.html?v=eWw-FdAezZY&cat= You will need to first shut off the water supply going to the faucet. Next you will need to remove the red/blue indicator button on the front of the handle to access the set screw that when loosened will allow the handle to be removed. Unscrewing the cap assembly will then allow the cam, ball assembly, seats, and springs to be removed. Thanks, Dave

How do I clean the spray nozzle on the hand held?
My hand held spray nozzle is clogged how do i clean or disassemble it
Hi Dan, Thank you for your question. We do not recommend that you disassemble the spray head. We recommend soaking the spray head in a 50/50 solution of vinegar and cold water. This will break up the mineral build up clogging the sprayer. Make sure to rinse the spray head when finished. Thanks, Dave

The faucet is leaking from under the handle, repair instructions say to remove the handle and tighten the adjusting ring. How do I remove the handle?
Hi TV, Thank you for your question. There will be a set screw underneath the red/blue button on the front of the handle. Once you remove the button a 1/8" allen wrench will loosen the set screw allowing the handle to be removed. I have attached a link for the parts breakdown of the model P188500LF below. Thanks, Dave http://www.peerlessfaucet.com/customer-support/find-repair-parts/documentation/p188500lf.html?document=pd&documentIndex=0
