I need to remove the quick clip sprayer from the faucet.

Asked by: captcrf
captcrf, Thank you for your question. To remove the quick connect clip, squeeze the textured portion of the tabs on 2 sides of the white block connector. Once you have applied pressure, push up and then pull the hose down off the fitting. Best regards, Jon

Cap for sprayer water supply (under sink)

My customer bought a faucet and installed it and doesn't want the sprayer. Do you have a quick connect to cap off the water supply instead of quick connecting the sprayer?
Asked by: Lori
Hi Lori, Thank you for your question! This model has two versions. If the hose has is a quick-connect clip you can cap it off with the RP60295 Quick Plug. http://www.peerlessfaucet.com/bath/product/RP60295 If it has a threaded connection, a compatible threaded cap can be purchased from a plumbing supply or hardware store. Best regards, Jon

Handle points right to get hot, but hot is on the left. Is it installed wrong??

Asked by: petwed
Hi Petwed, Thank you for your question. Based on the symptoms that you describe it sounds like the hot and cold water inlet lines to the faucet are reversed. Shut off your water supply stops under the sink, unscrew the supply lines from the faucet, switch the supply lines and reinstall. This should get the faucet to operate properly with cold to the right and hot to the left. Thanks, Dave
