Rated 2 out of 5 by George from Replacement faucet under warranty 9-years ago I decided to change out my older Moen faucet ( worked good) to have installed a "Goose Neck" style kitchen fqaucet. Went to Big Box store and purchased Peerless faucet with 1-1/8" dia. goose neck with heavy aerater. Paid a decent price, looked expensive. It started to leak water at a rate of 1-drop every 5-seconds ( about a gallon of water a day). Peerless sent me a repair kit multiple times which would only last 4 to 6 months then the same problem leak. I finally said that I wanted a replacement faucet which I found out they discontinued making. They sent me a faucet which had a lower height goose neck, it has a 3/4" dia. goose neck, the only thing that looks decent is the handles. Looks very cheaply made. I called to express my concern and they said they would ship out another faucet with a taller goose neck, and I was to donate the other faucet to "Habitat for Humanity" which I did. Overall faucet looks very cheap, not fancy at all as my original. I would never have purchased this replacement faucet at the box store. I was advised I could pony up money and purchase what I wanted from their website. When this faucet fails, I will purchase Moen.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Cliff from Low Water Volume No Pressure. I had this installed yesterday in my new kitchen and have never been more disappointed in a product. I have plenty of water pressure coming into the house, but no pressure or volume coming through this faucet. The plumber took it apart and made sure it was clean to no avail. I'm getting 1/2 gallon per minute. I will be replacing this with another brand next week. I guess the old saying is true, "you get what you pay for".

Rated 2 out of 5 by scott from Low Quality This faucet came with the house we bought last year. The house was remodeled around 7 years ago, so for a cheap faucet it is okay, but the spout wiggles, and the sprayer leaks out when the faucet is on. The faucet also has a steady drip. . .so I can either replace the stem unit assembly for $8, or I can just go ahead and spend the $100 for a decent, new, faucet from Moen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jim from High Arc Kitchen Faucet I am very happy with this faucet. Its high arc allows for pots be to easily washed. And large bottles can be filled without having to use its side sprayer. Installation was straight forward. I would be happy to endorse this product as well as Peerless.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mark from Great replacement We had a peerless faucet in use for 8+ years and has worked great, there is replacement parts that will need to be changed seals & spring from time to time from normal use. We had to replace the valves because they worn out which the company backed up there product (Thanks). When the finish started to lift off we took some pics of the faucet and emailed them to peerless and after a few days there was a new unit on the way now that's a good company and a good warranty that backs up there products Thank you again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Disappointed from Great Performance but Color and Clear Coat Fails after time! I loved this faucet. It was a beautiful addition to our kitchen. We had been having issues with other faucets dripping and not lasting more than two or three years. HOWEVER we have had this faucet for nearly five years and the purchase price was rather hefty ... so imagine my disappointment when the clear coat on the faucet started bubbling and peeling in several areas! The base area near the handle is totally devoid of black color and now the clear coat is bubbling on the arch. Finish doesnt last. A shame for such a good performer as we have had no issues in its workmanship.

What is this faucet made of?
Is this faucet made of brass with a "Stainless Steel Finish" or is this faucet made of Stainless Steel? I am searching for faucets that are made of Stainless Steel including on the inside (underneath the base) so that every so often the plumbing can be safely flushed out with bleach (bleach will harm plastic parts, and also leave a plastic taste in the water). I need to buy Two (2) Bathroom Faucets, and One (1) Kitchen Faucet Made of Stainless Steel. High salt content air (from being surrounded by Ocean), and Iron Oxide (Rust) Red dirt (very corrosive, alkaline) shorten the life of Chrome Finishes, Satin Nickel Finishes.
Hi David, Thank you for your question. This faucet has brass and non-metallic internal components. The finish color is Stainless Steel. Best regards, Jon

I just bought a New PUR faucet mounted water filter. I need a adapter?
Hi Jack, Thank you for your question. The aerator has a thread size of 55/64"-27. Unfortunately, we do not make an adapter for this model. You may be able to find one locally or online that will allow you to use your filter. Best regards, Jon

how to remove spout to replace bushings and 0-rings on model P299575lf
Thank you for your question, TJ. To remove the spout, unscrew the bonnet at the base counter-clockwise. Once it is loose you can lift up on the spout to remove it. Best regards, Jon

What parts are needed to hook a portable dishwasher up?
We are trying to hook up our maytag portable dishwasher, but have no luck. We went to lowes & home depot for a part but they couldnt help us either!
Hi Julie, Thank you for your question. You will need a portable dishwasher aerator adapter to hook up the dishwasher to the faucet. We do not offer any dishwasher adapters for our faucets. The thread pattern on the aerator used on the model P299575LF-OB is a standard 55/64"-27. There are after market adapters available in this size but most are in the chrome finish. Thanks, Dave

Will the faucet stem need to be replaced to improve my water pressure an increase my sprayer hose pressure?
Hi Johnny, Thank you for your question. Flushing out your faucet should help clear any debris in the lines or faucet that could be affecting the water flow. Make sure that the stem assemblies are clean and free of mineral build up. Check that the shut off valves leading to the faucet are clear of debris as well. Thanks, Dave

Water does not shut off when I use my sprayer, what should I do?
What should I do to correct this problem? My pressure has droppe when I use the sprayer.
Hi Johnny, Thank you for your question. A clogged diverter can lead to the symptoms that you describe. The diverter can be accessed and removed for cleaning by removing the spout. Soak the diverter in a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water to help break up any build up on the diverter. You will also want to flush the faucet without the diverter installed to help clear out any debris in the lines. Do you sell replacement cartridges? If so, what is the cost.
My faucet was installed sometime around 2008 and to date I haven't had any problems. But I wonder if the time comes when it leaks can I purchase new cartridges? Thank you
Hi Loretta, We do not sell the replacement cartrridges for the model P299575LF-SS directly to consumers. You can order the cartridges online or from your local retailer or wholesaler that sells Peerless/Delta products. Here is a link to our Where to Buy tool. http://www.peerlessfaucet.com/where-to-buy/index.html Thanks, Dave
