Rated 2 out of 5 by Chris from 3 main flaws in design The first problem we had with this faucet was that the soap dispenser shoots soap like a cannon, causing it to splatter and make a mess. The second problem was that after about 3 years of use the plastic fitting connecting the sprayer hose to the main body of the faucet rubbed a hole in the plastic hose between the valve and the spigot. Thankfully, we were home when the line broke, so we were able to get the water shut off and the mess cleaned up without damage to the house. The third problem also involved the sprayer. The plastic bracket in which the sprayer sits is sharp on the bottom side and has begun to cut a hole in the sprayer hose under the sink. Glad I noticed that one before we had another water mess.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Liz from Very disappointed I have the same comments as the last reviewer... This faucet looks fine but the water runs for several seconds after turning it off. VERY disappointed with Peerless and with Menards for selling it and not saying this will happen. I see the response to the last commenter is that this happens because of the high arc, but that is wrong. Our last faucet had the same arc and this never happened.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Aareifen3 from The sprayer broke in less than a year! The sprayer starting leaking after less than a year of use! Very disappointing, a huge mess under the sink, and expected more given the price!

Rated 2 out of 5 by Vaughn from Worked well for one year. The overall faucet worked well for one year. However the sprayer is inferior. It developed leaks and has to be replaced. I expected it to last a little longer considering the price.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from Inferior product. Drips After installing and no plumbing leaks, very dissatisfied to see the spray nozzle drip after every use of the faucet. The faucet itself shuts off very slow, handle off and faucet runs for a full second after being in the shut off position. This faucet does not work well at all. It will be returned

Rated 2 out of 5 by Steve from Sloppy fittings on faucet and valve assembly Faucet and valve assembly seem to rock back and forth on sink. Feel there is too much play as assembly does not seem tight. Aerator leaks between itself and faucet head. Washer does not seem to be thick enough to effectively seat. When typing in a replacement part number, the part number does not exist (RP47818). For coverage on existing sinks (replacement faucet) the diameter of the faucet and valve assembly barely cover a pre-drilled hole of 1 1/2 in. Marginal at best.

Why won't faucet shut off immediately?
I am experiencing the same problem others wrote about. How can this be fixed? I just purchased this faucet today. Did not read reviews ahead of time. I should have.
Hi Kathy, Thank you for your question. The faucet does shut the water off immediately. What drains out for a few seconds is the water that remained in the spout. With the hi arc spout any water past the apex of the spout will empty into the sink. Thanks, Dave

Why does the faucet continue to run after I shut it off? It is like it goes to half flow then to a trickle then stops.
Hi Smiller, Thank you for your question. What you are describing is that the remaining water in the hi arc spout is draining out after the water supply is shut off. This is normal for a hi arc faucet if there is no leak longer than a few seconds. Thanks, Dave

Garden Hose adaptor
I have this faucet installed and love it. I would like to attach a garden hose to the faucet but am unable to find an adaptor which will thread on in place of the aerator. Do you make an adaptor? What size are the threads on the faucet?
Thank you for your question. Peerless Faucet model # P88900LF has an aerator with 55/64-27 threads. We do not offer an adaptor for garden hoses but if you can find one with the same thread size, it should work.

Why does water keep coming out of faucet for a few seconds after you shut it off?
We installed this new faucet yesterday and when you shut it off the water still comes out for a few seconds. How do we stop this?
Thank you for your question. Peerless Faucet model # P88900LF-SS is a high-arc spout. Because of the high arc, you might experience water dripping out of the spout a little longer than a spout that is not high arc.
