great design, leaky faucet i have had this unit less than a year and the faucet is now dripping non-stop when in off position. I need to figure out what part is needed to be replaced. other than that the faucet is great. love the design just wished it didnt leak. June 9, 2014
THIS FAUCET IS AWESOME 4 IN ONE Spray, Reg pullout hose, dish soap at a press, easy to lift up with my little finger very smooth operation easy hookup, it was harder and longer getting the old stuff out than putting in the peerless. Its worth the price for this piece of mind and ingenuity. April 1, 2014
This product is bad We bought 2 hoping to get a good one but they both leaked, Not happy. September 23, 2013
DEFECTs upon DEFECTS Lets make a long story short, I bought 2 of these faucets on the same day from Canadian Tire. My wife like the features of this Faucet. I installed one in our own home and a rental property. These Faucets are about 2 years old We started having problems with the Faucet in the rental property about 6 months after it was installed. The problems are as follows 1/ Soap Dispenser stopped working. 2/ lower pressure coming out of the faucet. 3/ Pull out sprayer leaks, drips and does not work on Spray. 4/ All most impossible to move spout from left to right. My own home the problems we have had with this FAUCET are. 1/ Soap Dispenser stopped working. 2/ NO PRESSURE coming out of the faucet. 3/ Pull out sprayer leaks, drips and does not work on Spray. 4/ All most impossible to move spout from left to right. The NO PRESSURE has been getting WORSE, to the point that you can not fill your sink with water. I contacted PEERLESS to get replacement parts for both Faucets. I was informed I would have them in 7 to 10 working days. A month later still NO PARTS I contacted Peerless again to find out where the parts are, I was informed they are on back order. In the mean time my Faucet in the house had NO PRESSURE at all, I contacted Peerless again and they informed me to take the whole facet back to Canadian Tire and have it replaced. The NEW Faucet, when I got home and INSTALLED it and There was NO PRESSURE at all. I contacted Peerless again and they are sending me another Faucet for my Home and a different MODEL I still now have to replace the Faucet at the rental property, will be talking to Peerless again about a replace model for it. The representative find me a personal how speak french and together they find to me a solution to repair my faucet. The send me a part and honor the warranty without tell to me 100 000 reasons to unhonor or they don't ask me 100 000 question to. The technical support was very good ! Calcium deposits

We are in a rented house - and have no idea when this was unstalled

What we thought was white nylon shavings from the aerator, being caught by the filter of the aerator, severely hampering water flow.
We subsequently took the aerator apart and cleaned it out, only to have it clogged again affecting water flow.
We replaced the aerator with a new one and the same thing happened within days.
Now we are told that it was more than likely calcium deposits and the problem may be further down in the system.

One suggestion was to uncouple the Quick Connect (would this be the Adaptor #70250 ?)
If so, how do I go about removing this to clean it out without breaking it and having to order a replacement part ?

Any other suggestions as to where the calcium deposit may be would be greatly appreciated.

    Answer:
Thank you for your question. Peerless Faucet model P18550LF contains a wand assembly that may trap calcium deposits if you have hard water. Just cleaning out or replacing the aerator may not be enough. The whole wand may need cleaned out. We recommend soaking the wand overnight in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and cold water. This will loosen any deposits and then when you rinse them out in the morning, you should get better flow.
