  our facet swings freely and does not stay in one place when you push it over to the left. To the right is fine, it stays where you put it. Is there any adjustments to stop this from happening?

  can I buy a new pull down for this model. I purchased it 1 and a half years ago from Canadian Tire. I do not have the model number or the receipt. I think that the one I have indicated is the one.
