no longer happy! I posted earlier that I had bought a second faucet for my home in IL after buying one for my condo in FL. Other than the soap dispenser not working, I was happy with the faucet. Although I installed the faucet myself in FL, I did have a plumber install the second faucet here in IL. Immediately, the faucet dropped and hung after use. I adjusted the weight, and that helped, but now the faucet head is leaking. I've had it less than a month. July 25, 2015
beautiful but a few flaws Not long after buying this faucet the soap dispenser quit on us which is one thing my wife loved about the faucet. Second thing is more so annoying the faucet head hangs constantly and won't stay up and last but not least the nut that holds the faucet up keeps untightening and running down making the faucet sag. I love the looks of the faucet but not when it sags and the head is hanging. May 24, 2015
Easy movability The faucet itself is a very nice unit. I had extreme difficulty tightening the center nut of the faucet. That was because I had a deep well sink installed 2 years ago and it made it extremely hard to get to the center nut. I like all the features and it is a good looking faucet. May 13, 2015
Spray head won't stay in tube housing The faucet works well, but the spray head will not retract all the way in the housing and stay there. I drops about four inches and hangs on the hose which makes it hard to use as a normal faucet. We have two of these and both have the same problem. Is there a snap ring inside the faucet tube that secures the head in place? I have check under the sink and the hose is not being obstructed or touching anything. April 24, 2015
liked it so well I bought another (soap dispenser doesn't work though) I installed this faucet in my townhome in Florida. It was easy to install by following the directions. I like it so much that I'm replacing my faucet in my home tomorrow. It was interesting to read the reviews, however, since the soap dispenser stopped working after about 2 months. Because my home sink doesn't accommodate the soap dispenser, I planned on taking it to Florida and replacing the faulty one. June 2, 2015
OK Has been a good faucet but the head hangs down about 5 inches and won't retract.Checked underneath and all looks ok the person at Home Depot says it has a weight to make it retract. It has no weight never did!!! Is there a fix for this or do I have to buy a new one. April 30, 2015
Soap Dispenser Doesn't Work, but I Love the Faucet! My soap dispenser has never worked properly and now after only 4 months it doesn't work at all-won't pull the soap up and if/when it actually does it drips all over the sink! I've tried diluting the soap with water and different soap brands as it'll work if only trying to run water through it. REALLY disappointed I'm back to having an ugly bottle of soap out on the counter yet again. Faucet is wonderful, soap dispenser EPIQ FAIL unfortunately. March 14, 2015
Soap Dispenser stopped working Our soap dispenser stopped working almost immediately. Finish and function of everything else is great. March 1, 2015

    Answer:
Hi Dale, Thank you for your question. To remove the pull down hose on your model P188103LF-SD you will need to press in on the textured portion on the tabs on 2 sides of the white block connector. Once you have applied pressure, push up slightly and then pull the hose down off the fittting.

How do I clean the nozzle?

Plumbing work was done, iron debris from galvanized pipes got lodged in spray nozzle. I cleaned the easily removable outer-most aerator tip. Cannot take apart the nozzle any further -- and water pressure is still not back to normal, so must have some blockage inside.

    Answer:
Hi Befuddled, Thank you for your question. You can unscrew the wand from the hose assembly and attempt to clean out any debris from that direction. If that does not solve your issue the wand assembly would have to be replaced.

    Answer:
Hi Gerard, Thank you for your question. The rubber cover for the switch on the wand is not available as a separate part. The entire wand assembly RP63202 will have to be ordered. You can order this part from your local retailer or wholesaler that sells Peerless/Delta products. The part is also available at online retailers.

Is there a way to tighten the spout so it does not move right to left so easily.

The spout seems very loose and is easily turned by the torque of the pull out hose.

    Answer:
Hi JoeB, Thank you for your question. The spout on the model P188103LF-SD swivels due to the 2 lubricated o-rings around the base of the spout. There is no way to tighten the movement of the spout.

    Answer:
    Hi Lou,
Thank you for your question. The model P188103LF-SSSD does not come with a removeable aerator. We recommend soaking the head in a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water to help break up the mineral deposits. Make sure you rinse the wand when done.

    What is the faucet clearance?

I have a basic stainless steel sink, with a middle separator that runs flush with the top of the sink. I'm in the market for a faucet with as much space between it and this separator as possible. How many inches clearance would this faucet provide?
