We love the quality appearance of this product We have the same squeaky problem as the previous reviewer. When we move the spout from sink to sink we hear this annoying noise, I have tried lubricating as well with no success whatsoever. This unit has been installed 6 months ago and needless to say we are not happy with it, so buyer beware. November 23, 2014
I've always wanted a faucet like this. We've had this faucet for 11 months. When you turn the faucet from sink to sink it squeaks. I've put lubricant in and it does nothing. It's an annoying noise. Also the soap dispenser hasn't worked for a few months and am just ignoring it but since it's there it should work! I just got on line and read other complaints about the dispenser so I thought I'd chime in. November 12, 2014
Don't Bother We've owned this faucet for just over two years. Paid just shy of $200 for it. Recently, the sprayer switch started leaking past the gray rubber cover on the plastic nozzle head when you press to use it. Using the spray function has become ever more necessary since in normal aerator mode, almost no water flows due to some excessive restriction that has developed in the nozzle head. Additionally, when you do use the sprayer, you have to forcefully hold the switch down since it no longer stays in position as it once did. Forget trying to find replacement parts at either Lowe's or Home Depot for Peerless. According to both here, Peerless does not provide it's vendors with replacement parts. As for the soap dispenser? Forget it. It's only function is to fill the hole in the sink because it stopped working nearly two years ago. Simply put, this faucet is not at all worth the price - or the trouble. Soap Dispenser doesn't work. We really like the design of the faucet. We purchased this faucet last year when we remodeled the sink and countertops in the kitchen. I am very disappointed in the quality of the soap dispenser. This thing stopped working 2 months ago. We went to Lowes where we purchased the faucet to get a new soap dispenser. No parts are available. I'm unhappy with the quality of the soap dispenser. So far the faucet itself is working but who knows for how long. This faucet is not worth the price that we paid for it. Soap Dispenser not working... Love the style but the soap dispenser stopped working after the first bottle. September 6, 2014
Soap dispenser loosing pumping power Just installed the faucet about two months ago and am very disappointed with the soap dispenser which is the main reason that I purchased it. Went back to lowes to see if I could purchase a longer plastic replacement tube, hoping that might help, they could not help me! I am very disappointed with it. August 15, 2014
Pros and Cons (in my experience) I've had this faucet for a few years now. I still like the design and has worked with no major issues. But, I have two gripes... first gripe is that it seems to get loose very easily (from swinging side to side) and I have to crawl under the sink every few months to get up to the nut to tighten which is not easy to do since it's wedged between the two sinks and back wall. Not a lot of space for the wrench to turn. Is there some adapter that can assist in this process? I installed this faucet without the plate. Second gripe... the soap dispenser. It seems to loose suction with the soap easily? I'm using Soap Soap brand soap. Maybe I need to dilute the soap a bit to help? But, I finally learned the trick that if you press your finger over the opening and pump a lot to get the suction back, it will again pump soap thru the dispenser. Not a major issue but just annoying I've used other dispensers that did not lose suction so easily. June 3, 2014
Great product with one small "but" The design is perfect for the large-pan cooking done in our kitchen. And the installation was relatively painless. The "but": After six month's of normal usage the soap dispenser does not dispense. Liked feature and although it was not the reason for making the selection we certainly do miss its convenience. The rubber cover that you push to switch from spray to stream is cracking and falling apart. I can't find a part number for this. How can I order one?

    Answer:
Hi Gerard, Thank you for your question. The rubber cover for the switch on the wand is not available as a separate part. The entire wand assembly RP63202 will have to be ordered. You can order this part from your local retailer or wholesaler that sells Peerless/Delta products. The part is also available at online retailers.

Is there a way to tighten the spout so it does not move right to left so easily.

The spout seems very loose and is easily turned by the torque of the pull out hose.

Hi JoeB, Thank you for your question. The spout on the model P188103LF-SD swivels due to the 2 lubricated o-rings around the base of the spout. There is no way to tighten the movement of the spout.

What is in the box? Photos maybe?

I am considering buying this online. But I don't know what I would be buying for sure. Some photos of all of the contents of the box sure would help.
    Thanks!

    Answer:
    Hi Lou,
Thank you for your question. The model P188103LF-SSSD does not come with a removeable aerator. We recommend soaking the head in a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water to help break up the mineral deposits. Make sure you rinse the wand when done.

    What is the faucet clearance?

I have a basic stainless steel sink, with a middle separator that runs flush with the top of the sink. I'm in the market for a faucet with as much space between it and this separator as possible. How many inches clearance would this faucet provide?
