Great product with one small "but" The design is perfect for the large-pan cooking done in our kitchen. And the installation was relatively painless. The "but": After six month's of normal usage the soap dispenser does not dispense. Liked feature and although it was not the reason for making the selection we certainly do miss its convenience. Pros and Cons (in my experience) I've had this faucet for a few years now. I still like the design and has worked with no major issues. But, I have two gripes... first gripe is that it seems to get loose very easily (from swinging side to side) and I have to crawl under the sink every few months to get up to the nut to tighten which is not easy to do since it's wedged between the two sinks and back wall. Not a lot of space for the wrench to turn. Is there some adapter that can assist in this process? I installed this faucet without the plate. Second gripe... the soap dispenser. It seems to loose suction with the soap easily? I'm using Soap Soap brand soap. Maybe I need to dilute the soap a bit to help? But, I finally learned the trick that if you press your finger over the opening and pump a lot to get the suction back, it will again pump soap thru the dispenser. Not a major issue but just annoying I've used other dispensers that did not lose suction so easily. June 3, 2014
Disppointed I had previously reviewed this product when I wa told there was no replacement part to the leaking pullout assembly. Because we love the product, I persisted and went searching for a replacement part - in hind sight I should have first contacted peerless to inquire. However, after $25 I have replaced the assembly and we are so pleased to have the faucet working again. We love the looks - the faucet sure complements our kitchen very well. April 19, 2014
My wife is happy with the features and midsize stockpots are washed easily. After working 3pm to 11pm shift this faucet -remove and replace- took a novice one hour. simple directions and outstanding illustrations . my son did the task first time and only got sprayed once. I was impressed with the 3 point securing plate-saving the time of sealing to sink. much neater. My wife recommend this pull-down type and it enhanced our kitchen project. February 23, 2014
Decent Faucet, design could be better Installing the faucet was relatively easy, with decent instructions. The nuts are quite thin and could be better if they had thumb holds like so many faucets do these days. Otherwise, the setup was without incident. After using this product for six months, my wife and I realize that we love these kinds of faucets. This design, due to its large arc, is handy but if you use too much force putting the sprayer back into its holder, it can loosen very easily. I am not very happy with the design of the soap dispenser. It simply sits there! There is no locking mechanism or seal, and soap easily leaks out. Pouring new soap into the dispenser can get messy. Also, after using the soap pump about twice a week for less than 6 months, it stopped pumping. For as much as these cost, the soap dispenser should be better. However, after calling and complaining, I was shipped a new soap dispenser free of charge, so customer service scores big. January 6, 2014
Execellent design the most part of this one is just as good as any other pull-out design, but with one very key difference: the baseplate mount has 2 bolts. In 3-hole installation case, this design ensured the water-tie between the baseplate and the sink so I don't have to worry about the leaking through around the base. If you have a 3-hold sink, you want to have this one!! July 2, 2013
Great design, not a great build Nice look, however I must a defective one because the butterfly valve inside of the spray head makes a terrible noise. It's seven months old January 8, 2013

The rubber cover that you push to switch from spray to stream is cracking and falling apart. I can't find a part number for this. How can I order one?

    Answer:
Hi Gerard, Thank you for your question. The rubber cover for the switch on the wand is not available as a separate part. The entire wand assembly RP63202 will have to be ordered. You can order this part from your local retailer or wholesaler that sells Peerless/Delta products. The part is also available at online retailers.

Is there a way to tighten the spout so it does not move right to left so easily.

The spout seems very loose and is easily turned by the torque of the pull out hose.

    Answer:
Hi JoeB, Thank you for your question. The spout on the model P188103LF-SD swivels due to the 2 lubricated o-rings around the base of the spout. There is no way to tighten the movement of the spout.

What is in the box? Photos maybe?

I am considering buying this online. But I don't know what I would be buying for sure. Some photos of all of the contents of the box sure would help.
    Thanks!

    Answer:
    Hi Lou,
Thank you for your question. The model P188103LF-SSSD does not come with a removeable aerator. We recommend soaking the head in a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water to help break up the mineral deposits. Make sure you rinse the wand when done.

    What is the faucet clearance?

I have a basic stainless steel sink, with a middle separator that runs flush with the top of the sink. I'm in the market for a faucet with as much space between it and this separator as possible. How many inches clearance would this faucet provide?
