Faucet output :/ This1.5 yr old kitchen faucet has decreased in water pressure output to almost a trickle. We cannot increase the flow, therefore cannot operate the spray feature. It will not hold enough pressure to operate the spray feature. The flow has been reduced by at least 50% and we cannot adjust it...what has happening to our faucet?????? February 6, 2015

Is this faucet offered with any other aerators to limit flow further? (eg. 1.5gpm, 0.5gpm, etc)

If an area has a restriction that requires kitchen faucets to have a water flow of 1.5gpm or less, is an aerator offered for this faucet to restrict flow at this rate?

    Answer:
Hi Wrench101, Thank you for your question. The wand assembly on the model P188103LF does not feature a removeable aerator. Unfortunately there is not a way to lower the 1.8 gpm flowrate on this model.
    Thanks,
    Dave

    Answer:
Hi LarryP, Thank you for your question. To remove the pull down hose on your model P188103LF you will need to press in on the textured portion on the tabs on 2 sides of the white block connector. Once you have applied pressure, push up slightly and then pull the hose down off the fittting.
    Thanks,

    Answer:
Hi Lonnie, Thank you for your question. You can remove the wand from the faucet and soak it in a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water to clean it. The aerator in the wand is not made to be removed.

    Hello,

I have an unequal low-pressure system, will this faucet work? I'm prepared to modify the pipework to reduce cold water supply if needed.

    Regards.

    Answer:
Hi Potential Customer, Thank you for your question. The performance of the model P188103LF faucet would be affected by your unequal low-pressure system as the faucet does not have a pressure balance valve.
    Thanks,
    Dave

How do you adjust water pressure (for hot water)?

    Customer avatar

    dgenge

Just installed a couple of weeks ago and the water pressure for the hot side is significantly lower than the cold side. Water pressure for hot has not changed anywhere else in the house and the shutoff valve is all the way open.

Is there any way to adjust the water pressure?

    Answer:
Hi dgenge, Thank you for your question. It sounds like there may be some debris blocking the hot water supply. Please remove the cartridge and make sure that there is no debris on the cartridge or in the valve body. Remove the aerator and flush the faucet lines.
    Thanks,
    Dave
