Great replacement We had a peerless faucet in use for 8+ years and has worked great, there is replacement parts that will need to be changed seals & spring from time to time from normal use. We had to replace the valves because they worn out which the company backed up there product (Thanks). When the finish started to lift off we took some pics of the faucet and emailed them to peerless and after a few days there was a new unit on the way now that's a good company and a good warranty that backs up there products Thank you again. Great Performance but Color and Clear Coat Fails after time! I loved this faucet. It was a beautiful addition to our kitchen. We had been having issues with other faucets dripping and not lasting more than two or three years. HOWEVER we have had this faucet for nearly five years and the purchase price was rather hefty ... so imagine my disappointment when the clear coat on the faucet started bubbling and peeling in several areas! The base area near the handle is totally devoid of black color and now the clear coat is bubbling on the arch. Finish doesnt last. A shame for such a good performer as we have had no issues in its workmanship. February 4, 2015
Fast response for repair parts Very happy with the turn around time when requesting repair parts. Delivered to my mailbox in 2 days. Company stands by there products. Will buy again in thef uture. Recommended to friends. Thanks. November 8, 2014
Brand New and has Slow Drip I bought this faucet yesterday and installed it. Today I noticed it has a very slow drip. I find that unacceptable for a brand new faucet. Pressure is fine but I see on the other reviews that the deverter fails prematurely also. Not a confidence builder for this product. October 22, 2014
Cheap plastic sprayer support Mine broke after a year of use. I had hoped that it would last more than a year... Trying to superglue the plastic isn't quite working. October 14, 2013
Very attractive, but faulty - Installed by certified plumber Installed 90 days ago. Developed a resounding thumping sound when hot, cold, sprayer or any combination of these are used. Research on this topic suggests a faulty diverter assembly. Will attempt to get a replacement diverter and ask my plumber to install it. If the repair is unsuccessful, will have to replace the entire faucet before the violent thumping damages the water pipes. May 7, 2013

Installing new sprayer hose ring/collar & maybe hose

Hi. The ring that holds my sprayer hose has cracked. I just received a replacement sprayer hose. RP 39360 & RP 41478. I plan to use the ring assembly from the replacement hose you sent. Can I unscrew and then replace the old hose without removing the entire faucet assembly? I am happy to replace the hose with the new one, but the connections look a bit different. Any tips. My two faucet kitchen sink with a large curved faucet is from 1998.

    Answer:
Hi Mark, Thank you for your question. You can unscrew your existing hose from the faucet without removing the entire faucet. You will then install the RP41478 adapter that will screw on and then allow the quick connector on the RP39360 sprayer hose to attach to the faucet.
    Thanks,

Thank you for your question. Peerless Faucet model # P99575LF requires 4 holes for installation. There is no reason why it cannot be used in SE Asian countries as long as the proper holes are available.

    Answer:
Thank you for your question. Peerless Faucet model # P299575LF has two stem units underneath the handles. To replace the stem units, first make sure the water is turned off to the faucet. Then remove the handles by loosening the set screw and then lifting off the handles. There is a bonnet nut underneath that will need loosening. After that you should be able to remove the stem unit.

Included here is an exploded view of the parts breakdown so you can see how all the parts fit together. When re-assembling the faucet, put it back the same way the peice all came out.
