Low water pressure from sprayer Our faucet was leaking and we decided to replace it. My wife really wanted a pull down sprayer type. She loved the style of this faucet so I bought it. She was really excited after I installed it. She said it upgraded the look of the whole kitchen. She liked the smooth stream of the faucet too. Then she used the sprayer and complained that the water pressure was really low. I thought that there might be an optional flow limiter installed in the faucet, but could not find anything in the manual or online about it. Now she is disappointed with the faucet and wants me to buy an new one or put the old one back on. I'm hoping that this is just a lemon. She really likes the style of it. Maybe I'll try a similar style from a different brand. November 18, 2014
Good for awhile... This faucet was fine...while it lasted. The button on the spray head is now stuck in a halfway mode and has to be held in order to work as one function or the other. December 12, 2014
Great Faucet, Not So Great Soap Dispenser Purchased this faucet/dispenser combo a couple of months ago and it worked great for a month. After a month the soap dispenser stopped working. Would rather have that stop working than the faucet. Soaked the dispenser in water to clean properly and it still will not work. I have given up on it and am grateful the faucet works great! The faucet was easy to install and we have enjoyed it! October 22, 2014
It is a good product We bought our Peerless at Lowes about two years ago and had been very happy with the performance and looks for the first year and a half but, as time went on the sprayer begin to not want to stay on the spray when button was pushed and now doesn't stay at all. I have soaked the head over night in vinegar solution to no avail and now it drips around the sprayer head all the time it is on. Do I replace it at my expense or can I get a new faucet head ? October 3, 2014
Good for a year and a half Really liked this faucet until the button on the head stopped working. Have to hold it down to get it to work correctly. Is a replacement head available? November 13, 2014
Soap dispenser no longer dispensing soap I'm not sure how to fix this issue. I have tried to " clean the line" but water flows through it . But when I return it to pump it still does not dispense the soap. Suggestions? November 12, 2014
No longer works right Worked well at first, then the water-flow slowed way down and the shower button feature does not stay on, has to be held in. Lasted 1 year 4 months. Wonder if a replacement head is available, the rest works just fine. Like the high arch, and the single lever operation and the finish. The liquid soap dispenser is a nice touch. November 1, 2014
Highly Recommend I needed to replace my kitchen pull out faucet and wanted a brushed stainless steel pull down with a matching lotion dispenser for a normal depth double matching sink. I did want it to over power my kitchen in terms of size. I wanted a timeless, elegant yet simple design that was quality built and would last a long time. After online and in store researching at the major box stores I choose the Peerless P88103LF-SSD-L. I paid $130 at Lowe's and a week later received a rebate of $30 due to their low price guarantee when Lowe's had it on sale for $99. Compared to all others this is a very reasonable price. I had the faucet professionally installed so cannot comment on the process except to state the plumber had no issues with the install. I am thoroughly pleased with the faucet. It has exceeded my expectations in every way. It functions flawlessly and both spray levels are excellent without splashing outside of the sinks. The lotion dispenser also is excellent although it is made of plastic so time will tell how it holds up. September 17, 2014

Is the hot water supposed to be when you pull down towards the sink or when you push back?

I've read that the shorter line is normally for the hot water supply and the cold is the longer of the two, however the longer is labeled for hot on my faucet and the hot water is turned on when you pull down towards the sink with this installation according to the labeling of the supply line and the cold water is when you push back. What is standard on this? Are my lines reversed? Should hot water come on when you push up towards the wall?

Hi Mike, Thank you for your question. The hot water should be on when the handle is pushed back. Reversing your supply lines should solve the issue.

    Answer:
Hi Jim, Thank you for your question. On hi-arc kitchen faucets like the model P88103LF--SSSD-L the residual water that is left in the spout will drain out after the faucet is shut off. Traditional spouts are slanted back towards the valve and the water in the spout remains in the spout when the valve is closed. The arc spout/wand is pointed down so the residual water flows out.

    Answer:
Hi RB, Thank you for your question. To remove the pull down hose on your model P188103LF-SD-L you will need to press in on the textured portion on the tabs on 2 sides of the white block connector. Once you have applied pressure, push up slightly and then pull the hose down off the fittting.

    Answer:
Thank you for your question. Peerless Faucet model # P88103LF-SD-L only requires 2 holes for installation. One is for the faucet and one is for the soap dispenser. If you have 3 holes, then you will need get a hole cover for the third hole. These can be purchased from your local retailer or wholesaler. You can either match the faucet or match the sink.
