Our shower faucet is 15 yrs old ( which we believe is Peerless brand), the only info on the valve cartridge is MS 10/12/2003.WE are attempting to find a new fixture/faucet which would be compatible with our present valve body. Hope you can help.
Thank you for your question, winston! This unit is only designed to work with a Peerless PTR188700 valve (included with the unit). Unfortunately, it will not work with a shower valve from 2003. Best regards, Jon

Can the water pressure be adjusted?
When you turn on the water, is the pressure (volume) always the same, or can you adjust it so it is not coming out hard?
Hi Zoey, Thank you for your question. The model P18760-BN offers control only on the water temperature. The water temperature goes from cold to hot as the handle is rotated. The water volume is either on or off, there is no controlling the rate of flow. Thanks, Dave

Rotational limits Aren't working right.
Help! Both stops came out. I can see that one has an alignment key in the bore so it only goes in one position. I assume this is the inner one. The other has a limited range of angular adjustment because of a pin that engages the inner stop. Anyway I don't think it's working right. Currently "Off" is somewhere in the middle if you can patiently find the right spot. Cold is one way and hot is the other. Not what I was expecting. I was expecting "off" to be at one end of the travel and gradually increasing temperature as you turn from cold to hot at the other end of the travel. No guessing about whether the water is turned off.
Hi Dave, Thank you for your question. I have attached photos of the correct assembly of the rotational limit stop. The second step component has the pin that is installed face down. The more the second arm are is moved to the left the hotter the setting. Cartridge should be oriented in the valve body as shown if hot water is plumbed to the left side. Thanks, Dave

SHOULD HANDLE TURN MORE THAN 90 DEGREES?
HANDLE DOES NOT REACH TO "HOT"
Thank you for your question. Peerless Faucet model # P18760-BN handle should only turn 90 degrees. It is possible that your rotational limit stop needs adjusting to allow more hot water to flow through the valve. Included here are instructions for adjusting your rotational limit stop. The directions are on page 4 of the booklet. http://www.peerlessfaucet.com/customer-support/find-repair-parts/documentation/p18760-bn.html?document=mi&documentIndex=0#viewDocument
