Holes for Installation
Rated 1 out of 5 by Peachy from Handle fell off. That handle fell off in the first week of having it. It stripped the screw on bit trying to get it back on. . So now I have to put a screwdriver in the hole to turn my shower on cause I cannot find a replacement part and cannot afford a whole new faucet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by pakman from Many good features Product purchased for both shower install and bathtub install. The valve was easy to configure and installation went smoothly. Would have been better for me had I known if I could have gotten just the shower fixture only for my one bathroom. I would heartily recommend this product to anyone who is considering upgrading their bathroom(s).

Rated 1 out of 5 by Doug from Leaks Leaks Leaks I purchased this Tub and Shower Faucet on February 24, 2014 , [ 14 days ago]. I installed it on Sat. Mar. 8, 2014 using unions so no heat would be transfused to the valve body, and if I would ever need to take it out it would be easy. As soon as I turned the water back on it started dripping from the spout. On Monday Mar.10 , 2014 I took it back to the store I purchased it from. They gave me a replacement, and I just finished installing it. GUESS WHAT? As soon as I turned the water on again this replacement started dripping worse than the original one did. This product is junk. I plan to take it back to the store tomorrow and get a Moen.

How do you safely clean the shower head exterior and interior to remove hard water satins and ensure proper water flow- to avoid clogging?
Hi, Julie P! Thank you for your question. We appreciate your purchase and are happy to help guide you with the best care recommendations for your new product. Although our finishes are extremely durable, they may be damaged by harsh abrasives or polish. To clean, we recommend simply wiping with a gentle damp cloth and then blotting dry with a soft towel. If water deposits are especially troublesome, you may use a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water to remove them. White vinegar is strong enough to dissolve mineral deposits, yet mild enough not to damage our finishes. Note: Please be aware white vinegar may stain some porous materials like untreated stone. If you have an unsealed tile or counter top, please take care when cleaning your products. If you’d prefer using a chemical cleaning product, our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: Formula 409® Antibacterial All-Purpose Cleaner, Fantastic® All-Purpose Cleaner, or Windex® Original Glass Cleaner, when used according to the manufacturer’ instructions. Any cleaners not listed above may be tried if they do not contain hydrofluoric, hydrochloric and/or phosphoric acids or similar caustic agents. Some examples of chemical cleaners to avoid are: green Scotch-Brite Heavy Duty Scrub Sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub, and Soft Scrub and Tile Cleaner. Note: Any products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust will most likely harm the finished products. Best Regards, Rosanna

slow drip from tub feeder. NEED to fix. remove handle, exposed spindle.
Hi, Grant 1! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a leak from your Peerless shower and tub unit. Before starting, please be sure to turn your water off at the shut off valve for your faucet. Once you have the handle off, remove the sleeve assembly and unscrew the bonnet nut counterclockwise. Once this is done, you will be able to pull the valve cartridge assemby straight out of the valve body. You can then flush the valve body out, clean the cartridge, and also replace the seats and springs in the cartridge with RP4993 seal kit. Best Regards, Rosanna

Can the water volume be adjusted when showering for more or less water with just the one handle?
Thank you for your question, Bill! The handle rotates from off at 3 o'clock and increases in temperature as you turn it. The volume can be adjusted between cold and off and runs at a constant rate at warm or hot temperatures. Best regards, Jon

Diverter pull lever does go down automatically after turning off shower off.
should the diverter lever go down automatically after shutting off the shower handle to release the pressure release the water remaining in the shower head.
Thank you for your question, Lola. Yes, the diverter should drop back down after the water is turned off. Residual water will drain out of the tub spout when this happens. Best regards, Jon

Is there a way to increase the water pressure? Is there a removable water restricter in the head?
Hi Kat, Thank you for your question. The shower head is designed to provide 2.0 gallons per minute at 60 PSI. We do not recommend to remove or modify the flow restrictor. Best regards, Jon

Can I change the water flow volume with this valve? If so, how?
In many shower heads you can remove the low flow valve to give more volume. Is this possible with this shower head?
Hi CHK150, Thank you for your question. The shower head is designed to deliver 2.0 gallons per minute. We do not suggest removing or modifying the flow restrictor. Best regards, Jon

fix a leak
I looked at the materials on this site and still have no clue as to how to fix a leak. How does one replace the cartridge or O-rings?
Hi MacGuyver, Thank you for your question. I have attached a link to our how to replace your tub/shower cartridge video. http://www.deltafaucet.com/tools-resources/research/video-gallery/video.html?v=tyUaPOBcuLY&cat= You will first need to shut off the water supply to the faucet before starting the repair. The RP46074 cartridge is the same used in the T13/T14 series showers. Thanks, Dave
