Rated 5 out of 5 by JamieS from Great faucet I got this faucet about a month ago. I really love the high arch spout. My favorite part is probably the fact that it means the WaterSense criteria which means it helps our water bill and water consumption. My husband installed it. He said it was easy to install.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Rebaroo1025 from Beautiful This faucet is gorgeous. However, it doesn’t fit all three wholes of a regular faucet. The rings are removable, though, and it still looks gorgeous. Works well. It is easy to use and install and basically self explanatory.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MandyK from Nice quality I was surprised how heavy this faucet is. It’s very sturdy and excellent quality. The chrome is a classic look and is easy to clean. Installation was easy. I’m glad there are three separate pieces as my vanity top has wider holes than usual and this faucet is easily adjusted (6-16”).

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Beautiful and compact look This faucet gave our bathroom a total new look. Without the base, it sits directly on the sink, giving it a modern and compact look. Quality appears to be great and it is very easy to wipe clean, maintaining the shiny chrome look. What I like very much is the stream of water that comes from the faucet gives me a very soft feeling on my hands. I love the look and the quality of this and hope it will last for a long time for us.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Tinag0824 from Easy to install Good quality product which was easy to install and works very well. Hard to avoid faucets today having so many nylon parts, but this one is pretty discrete on where you see and feel them. It does not feel cheap. I cannot attest to the durability of the finish. Where I live has very hard water and it is the mineralization which eventually kills faucets. I think the finish will likely out live the time where this needs replacement for a different reason.

Rated 2 out of 5 by AngryPlumber from Looks good, cheap parts I bought two for a double sink. The first install was okay, the second horrible. After doing the plumbing from the wall and getting things lines up I started the second install. The sink drain nut broke while hand tightening it. That equals leak. I searched all over and nothing fit (all slightly smaller). I then contacted peerless (delta) and they were kind enough to to send a replacement drain assembly. I was thinking I could just use the but and be on my way....no. had to cut out old drain and start from square one. Time is money, and this cost me too much time. Never again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ping from Good product and very affordable We ordered this product for our bathroom remodel. Our plumber had no trouble to install them. He did not read the instructions at all and finished it in 10 minutes for installing one of them. They look great and matches my other moen products. Saved me more than $200 as I did not order the matching moen faucets. Works perfect.

I purchased 2 Peerless Clayborne bathroom faucets for my double vanity sink. The horizontal pivot rod is about 3" too short to meet the clevis. How do I solve this issue without spending a lot of time or money. Disappointed.
Thank you for your question, Patty! An inexpensive roll of metal hanger strap can be purchased from a local plumbing or hardware store. A piece of this may be used to connect the lift rod to the horizontal rod in place of the included strap as it will be more flexible and can provide additional length. Alternatively, you can purchase a metal pop up assembly and a longer horizontal rod such as the RP26533 and RP33805 (10 1/8" long). Best regards, Jon

How do I get the caps off the hot/cold bathroom faucet? (The handles are getting loose).
Thank you for your question, Carol! The cap on the top of the handle can be removed by hand or carefully using a small tool. This will allow you to access the Phillips screw to tighten the handle. best regards, Jon

Same Question Cory had. Which part is bonnet nut to unscrew? I do not see any screw under the cap or side hole to use allen ranch to pull the top up. Mine is exactly same Model y the picture but about 10 yr old one installed when my house built.
Hi, Duke! Thank you for your question. The bonnet nut is located under the handle assembly. The screw is located on the top of the handle, hidden under the 'H' and 'C' buttons. Here is a link to the parts diagram to show the parts for this faucet: https://media.peerlessfaucet.com/PartsDiagram/PPD-L-P299196LF.pdf Best Regards, Rosanna

I have a two tap bathroom faucet that is dripping from the spout. I have identified the hot tap as the problem. I can remove the handle and nut, but cannot lift out the stem.
Hi, Cory! Thank you for your question. The stem unit assembly can be removed by first remove the handle, and then unscrewing the bonnet nut counterclockwise to remove. Once these are removed, you can then pull the stem unit assembly straight up and out. The parts to replace is kit number RP42096. http://www.peerlessfaucet.com/kitchen/product/RP42096 Best Regards, Rosanna

What is the color of this faucet?
In the picture, the color seems to be more black than bronze. I am considering a purchase but the color is the determining factor.
Hi Mike, Thank you for your question. The model P299196LF-OB is our oil rubbed bronze finish. The finish is a very deep/dark bronze finish but not black. You may want to physically see the finish in person before making your final finish selection. Thanks, Dave

Can this pop up be used on a sink without overflow?
Hi JTC, Thank you for your question. You do not want to install a pop up with overflow holes on a sink without an overflow. Water will potentially leak from the openings in the drain assembly. You will need a drain assembly less overflow like our RP47648 grid strainer or 72172 push pop-up drain. Thanks, Dave

my faucet is dripping
cant tell if it is the hot or cold handle but the faucet is dripping. is there a part that can fix this. Can this be fixed by a washer or special part,
Hi Marlene, Thank you for your question. You will want to order the RP42096 stem unit assembly, seat, spring, and bonnet nut kit. This kit will give you the necessary parts to change out the hot and cold internal components to stop the drip on your model P299196LF faucet. Thanks, Dave

Pop Up Drain Leaks
In installed the pop-up assembly with silicone under the flange, but it seems that my sink drain has a deep slope and the sides of the flange do not lie flat against any part of the hole at the bottom of the sink. It leaks all around the sink drain. What can I do??
Hi Jeff, Thank you for your question. You will have to add enough silicone to fill in the gaps and give the drain flange a complete seal to your sink. Based on your description of the sink drain area you may need more silicone than usual for the installation. Thanks, Dave
