Model #: P299675LF in brushed nickel says it uses a washerless stem cartridge. May I please have the model number for the cartridge. Thank you!
Hello PPPP, Thank you for your question. The RP54801 is the full repair kit, that includes the both stem assemblies, for the Peerless Claymore Lavatory P29965LF faucet. https://media.peerlessfaucet.com/PartsDiagram/PPD-L-P299675LF.pdf Best regards, Tanya

Just changed my countertop to a think granite. Do you offer a metal shank extender for this faucet?
Hello Melvin, Thank you for your question. The maximum deck thickness for this faucet is 1". The RP76691 Extension Kit will add 1 1/4" to the maximum deck thickness. https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=RP76691 Best regards, Jon

The hot lever will not lift off to change the stem vale.
I unscrew the top lever screw. The handle will not lift off.
Hi CR, Thank you for your question. Once the screw located under the hot or cold button is removed there is nothing mechanically holding the handle in place. Often mineral build up can make the handle harder to remove. We recommend soaking a small towel in a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water and wrapping the towel around the handle and screw opening. Allow the solution to soak in and help break up the mineral build up. This process should make it easier to pull the handle up and off of the faucet. Thanks, Dave

Is there a way to clean the aerator on this faucet?
It recently has lost water pressure, so I wanted to check and see if the aerator needs to be cleaned. How do I remove this? What else should I check? I've attached a picture of my faucet.
Hi Vonda, Thank you for your question. The RP70197 aerator on the model P299675LF unscrews in a counter-clockwise direction. Often mineral build up will make it difficult to unscrew the aerator. We recommend soaking a towel/rag in a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water and wrapping the towel around the aerator. Allow the solution to soak in overnight if possible. This will help break up the mineral build up making it easier to remove the aerator. Thanks, Dave

You have to turn the handle pretty far before the water starts flowing, is there any way to adjust this?
Hi plee1024, Thank you for your question. The handles on the model P299675-BN only fit on the stem assembly one way and the stem assembly only fits into the valve body correctly, or completely reversed. There is no adjustment available on the handle. If you feel that you have lower flow you may want to flush your faucet. I have included a link below for a how to flush your faucet video. Thanks, Dave http://www.deltafaucet.com/tools-resources/research/video-gallery/video.html?v=wWM-HK3si5k&cat=
