I have a slow drip from the spout. What can I do to stop it.

I have narrowed it down to the Hot water side. I have noticed a small white deposit at the bottom of the valve section. All of the "O" rings seem to be in good shape.
Asked by: Rolla
Hi Rolla, Thank you for your question. To stop a faucet leak from the spout you will want to place the stem unit assembly, seats, and springs. The repair kit for the model P299696LF is available as RP54801. Thanks, Dave

The "H" button, designating the hot handle, has fallen out and will not stay in place. Can I buy just an "H" button to replace it?

The fingers to hold the "H" button in place have broken off and will not longer keep it in place.
Asked by: Will
Hi Will, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately the "H" button to the model P299696LF is not available as a separate item. It can only be ordered as part of the RP70196 handle kit. Thanks, Dave

Name of the Faucet

I am trying to match accessories to this P299696LF-BN faucet but I cannot find a name for this collection. You cannot find accessories with this number. Any help will be appreciated. I looked at Home Depot and found a few, with names, that resemble this one but I want to be sure before I buy.
Asked by: firegal2539
Hi Firegal2539, Thank you for your question. The model P299696LF is part of the Apex line. The faucet will coordinate with the Foundations, Windemere, and Classic accessories. Thanks, Dave

In the chrome version, are the buttons and aerator brass finished?

We purchased this same model at Lowes several years ago, and the buttons (end of handles, H and C buttons, and the top of the drain pull) are brass finished. Does Peerless still offer that option? And if so, where can I purchase four of these faucets for our remodeled bathrooms?
Asked by: Tony
Hi Tony, Thank you for your question. We no longer offer the chrome/polished brass(CB) combination finish. The model P299696LF will be a complete chrome finish. Thanks, Dave

I am trying to repace the seat and spring on the hot water side. I cannot remove the handle. How do I get it off?

Asked by: bob
Hi Bob, Thank you for your question. The screws for the handles on your model P299696LF faucet will be found underneath the hot and cold buttons on top of the handles. You will need to pry off the buttons to gain access to the screws. I have attached a link to the parts breakdown of your faucet model below to show you how the handles are attached. Thanks, Dave http://www.peerlessfaucet.com/customer-support/find-repair-parts/documentation/p299696lf.html?document=pd&documentIndex=0
