How can I remove the filter? Our water tends to have particulate matter that clogs up faucets, so I need to remove the filter for cleaning.

Asked by: Alice
Hello Alice, Thank you for your question! You may remove the aerator using the included wrench tool. Please refer to page 4 of the Installation Instructions for help with this: https://media.peerlessfaucet.com/MandI/88783%20Rev%20A.pdf Best regards, Jon

What cleaning products do you use on the polished brass as some cause damage to brass?

Asked by: Ron B
Hi Ron B, Thank you for you question. Normally, we recommend to always blot dry any water from faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to build up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse thoroughly with water afterward. http://www.peerlessfaucet.com/customer-support/faqs/cleaning-and-care#how-should-i-clean-or-maintain-the-finish-on-my-faucet Best regards, Tanya

Is there a shank extender or thick deck mounting kit available for this faucet? My deck is 1 3/4 inches thick. Tile on concrete on plywood.

Asked by: KenE
Hello KenE, Thank you for your inquiry! Unfortunately, Peerless does not manufacture any shank extenders or thick deck mounting kits for any of our lavatory faucets. The Delta Lavatory P99140LF-PB faucet requires 1 1/8" (29 mm) maximum deck thickness. https://media.peerlessfaucet.com/SpecSheet/PSP-L-P99140LF%20Rev%20A.pdf Best regards, Tanya
