Rated 2 out of 5 by Kevin524 from Faucet failure very disappointed After looking at other reviews I find that I agree with many. It is a good design and stylish but the faucet/sprayer failed after 2 years. Very disappointed. When trying to locate the part number to purchase a new on I couldn't. I finally found the model at local hardware store and came to this site. Short term, worked great. Now it sticks between spray and full flow. Going to start to find a new head since this will be cheaper in short term then purchasing a whole new unit.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Me from Leaks at the handle This faucet looks amazing, but after only 3 years it is steadily leaking at the handle. We have tried to remove it and clean per the instructions, but it would not resolve the issue. On a side note the soap dispenser broke after only a few months. Very disappointment with the durability.

Rated 5 out of 5 by DrSnooz from Great faucet! I've purchased three of these faucets now. One for my kitchen, one for my camper and one for my 5th wheel. My oldest is 5 years old now and I have never had a moment's problem with any of them. One of the faucets was missing a piece when I got it and Peerless' customer support was very courteous and quick to ship a replacement. Thank you. I'm impressed that such an inexpensive faucet works so consistently and so well. The design is very simple, but still packs a lot of features. I mean, this is a high-rise, single-handle, pull-out spray-nozzle faucet. For these features, you could easily pay double for a real piece of garbage (like a dreadful Price Pfister, for instance.) Instead, you get a quality, serviceable faucet that will work well for years. For those of you complaining about the soap dispenser: seriously? Just buy another dispenser and you've still saved money for a great faucet. I have yet to see a soap dispenser work for more than a few months. Sheesh. The only downside of this faucet is that the aerator is difficult to remove or clean out. If you have a lot of sediment in your water, this probably isn't the faucet for you. Otherwise, I highly recommend it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Hilda from Faucet works Great Disappointed by soap dispenser The faucet works fine. I am highly disappointed with the soap dispenser. Like many, the soap dispenser worked fine at first; however, stopped dispensing soap within the first six months. We are a family that washes dishes frequently in the kitchen sink, hence why we purchased a faucet with a soap dispenser AND made a permanent place for the soap dispenser on our new counter top. I would very much like to have the soap dispenser working again and came to the website to ask for Peerless' assistance in obtaining a new soap dispenser.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Bren from faucet loosens all the time I like this faucet but we have had to go under the sink and tighten it back up about 4 times in less then a year. It seems to tighten for a short time then loosen up again. If that were to stay tight I'd love it

Rated 3 out of 5 by Debacler from Soap dispenser pressure issue As previous reviews have stated, there is not enough pressure throughout the head of the dispenser for soap to come through. Even to get the soap to the top of the tube took about 80 pumps. If I remove the dispenser and hold upside down and let water run through, it streams out the nozzle with no pumping. Please respond, thanks!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Kevin from Love the faucet but the wand does not meet expectations Similar to a couple of other reviews, the wand on our faucet will not stay at either spray or stream setting, but reverts back to somewhere in between once the button is released. It also emits the annoying buzzing noise unless one of the buttons is held down firmly. I've removed and cleaned the aerator and water pressure is excellent when the wand is removed. I would be interested in replacing the wand with another type if one were available, but it seems I'll have to buy an entire wand and hose at half the price of a new faucet if I can't find one.

The soap dispenser pump nozzle does not secure or screw to the base, is that correct?
This is peerless model 86630.
Thank you for your question, Kelly! The head assembly (nozzle) simply slides onto the pump and does not attach directly to the base. Best regards, Jon

With a single handle side mount faucet. Is hot forward or to the rear?
It seams to me that it should be forward because if you turn the whole unit so the valve faces you the handle should be pulled to the left side for hot water and to the right for cold water. So, turning the whole unit back so that the handle sticks out on the right side. Pull the handle forward would be the equivalent of left. The instructions that came with unit do not designate which is which. Regards,
Hi Jerry, Thanks for your question! The handle will rotate forward for hot water, and upright for cold water. The handle tilts away from the faucet to turn the water on. Best regards, Jon

I know the spout is supposed to swivel but the part with the handle attached, should that move back and forth too?
Hi Fele, Thank you for your question. The spout on the model P188103LF-SSSD swings a full 360 degrees. The remaining portion of the faucet above the deck should not move. If the faucet is moving the mounting nut under the sink/counter will need to be tightened. Thanks, Dave

how do you fix low water pressure
I have taken off the end sprayer but do not know how to get too filter, I have regular pressure with sprayer off.
There is a White plastic filter coupling under the sink, this coupling connects the water from the mixer valve to the hose that goes up into the faucet. shut off hot and cold water supply valves, disconnect the plastic snap on filter coupling, (there are 2 buttons to press one on each side) press buttons and pull slightly. unscrew hose from coupling and rinse out both ends of coupling with water, may need a fine wire to clean out as well. When clean, attach hose to Coupling and snap coupling back on to line from mixer valve. Turn on cold and hot water supply valves. (Always double check for leaks)
