4-hole 8" installation
Rated 5 out of 5 by Gordie from I COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED My new faucet is a warranty replacement for one that developed a blow hole in the middle of the spout. Had that model still been available I would have received a new spout. Because of a recent (I hope temporary) health issue I had the faucet professionally installed. The new one is the same design as the old one and that installation was super easy. Depending on the design, removing your old one could be a nightmare. Mine was. The knob handles and spout all move freely. There was no banging sound that is sometimes caused by air in the line. In short everything is as good as expected. If I had to complain about something, the sprayer hose had taken a set in the box and was a bit of a hassle to use. I verified it was not hung up underneath then pulled it out and ran hot water through it and tried to straighten the kinks. If I don't amend this review, assume that the problem has resolved itself over time. I am using a PUR water filter with my faucet. My installer explained that the extra weight on the spout can cause wear on the O-rings which can cause the faucet to leak at the base of the spout. When it leaks, remove the spout, roll back the O-rings, put Teflon tape on and roll the rings back in place over the tape to stop the leak. Hopefully, it will be several years before I verify that it works.

how do I use the sprayer?
Hi help, Thank you for your question! Pressing the button on the back of the sprayer should cause it to spray. The diverter will stop flow from the spout when the sprayer is running. If you do not get flow from the sprayer, please turn off the water and unscrew the sprayer from the hose to check for debris. Best regards, Jon

How can I increase the water flow? Thanks
Thank you for your question, Roger. This model is designed for a maximum flow rate of 1.8 gallons per minute. If you are getting a reduced flow, please check for debris in the aerator and flush the faucet by turning it on with the aerator removed. Best regards, Jon

how do i get diverter valve out?
trying to get diverter valve out and the plastic part on top broke. Now how do I get the valve out?
Hi Jeff, We are sorry that you are experiencing a problem with your faucet. If the top portion of the diverter broke off, you might try using needle nose pliers to remove the rest of the diverter assembly. The diverter is made to unscrew counter-clockwise. Thanks, Dave
