Peerless #P299565F Cold water side drips. Replaced diverter valve and rubber cup & spring. Still drips
Hi, Stan. Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a leak from your Peerless faucet. I am happy to help you. We do recommend to replace the seals with repair kit model number RP54801. Before you replace the seals, we recommend to flush the valve to make sure no debris maybe stuck inside that could be causing the leak. To do this: first turn off the water supply to the faucet. Remove the handles, stem units and seats and springs. Place a pitcher or bucket upside down over the open valve and turn the water back on full strength for 5 to 10 seconds. Do this on both the hot and cold sides. After the allotted time, turn the water off and reinstall the components. Best Regards, Rosanna

Are there plastic parts inside the faucet?
Yes, too much plastic. This is probably true of all the newer faucets. The Peerless is a nice design, but the handles are very flimsy feeling and the diverter valve is a bad design versus my old Peerless. Too much popping when I turn on the hot or cold water. All the guts are plastic except the brass supply tubes from the handles to the spout.

How to get the cartridge out
Hi, I am trying to fix my peerless faucet. The hot water part is leaking. I took the top out and did not see any screw inside or at the side. Any idea how to get the cartridge out ? Thanks.
Hi Huei, Thank you for your question. We cannot identify the pictured faucet as a Peerless product. It appears as if the screw head has rusted away. You can try using an EZ out to remove the remainder of the screw or since the screw is weakened already try pulling the handle off the stem. Thanks, Dave

I bought a 55/64 27 adapter to screw into the faucet but it is to big, any other suggestions?!
Thank you for your question. Peerless Faucet model # P299565LF contains an aerator which measures 55/64-27. If your adapter has the same thread size, it should work.

What size and type of attachment can I buy to make the nossel a rotating sprayer? The one I bought did not fit.
Thank you for your question. Peerless Faucet model # P299565LF has an aerator that is 55/64-27, and we do not manufacture a swivel aerator that will fit those threads. You may check with your local retailer or wholesaler to see if there is another brand available with the same thread size.
